By using The Sacred Serpent website, purchasing a journal, or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services and appointments

Divination, ritual guidance, meditation, intuitive art consultations, and related services are provided by video appointment through Acuity Scheduling and Google Meet unless otherwise stated. Please provide accurate contact information and join on time.

Payments and no-refund policy

Appointment and consultation fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges or returns. For a Custom Product/Art Consultation, the consultation fee may be deducted from the cost of an approved purchase; the consultation fee itself remains non-refundable.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel and at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed appointments and late cancellations may forfeit the fee.

Purchases

Journal purchases and other products are subject to the product description, price, availability, and fulfillment terms shown at checkout. Lulu handles fulfillment for the Dream Journals.

Nature of spiritual services

Services are spiritual and educational in nature and are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. They do not replace qualified care or emergency services. Results are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property

Site text, artwork, branding, and other original materials belong to The Sacred Serpent with Nicole Renee unless otherwise noted. Please do not copy or redistribute them without written permission.
